The service allows to get reminders, tips and notifications as well as sending info requests, log progress, and populate a note journal.
The service can be compared to a Facebook for mobile.

There is an interesting use of a graphics representing a phone outline to present the features in a simple way.

All the features are very interesting.
Comments:
I previously planned to integrate a log feature in the mobile version of myfitnessguru as well as getting sms tips and reminders of goals.
The way Wellmobile works doesn’t allow much control of the frequency of the content and a content on demand. It is a serious drawback as I believe it is important not to overwhelm the user with text sms landing at any time on your phone. People should be able to switch on and off the feature at certain times of the day.
